Terms of Use

Last updated: October 22, 2026

Short version: buy a license, use it on the number of Macs it covers, and be reasonable. We'll do the same.

Your license

When you buy No Mouse Mode you get a lifetime license to use the app on the number of Macs your purchase covers: 1, 3, 5 or 20. It's a one-time purchase and includes all future updates at no extra cost. You can move a license to a different Mac at any time by clicking Deactivate in Settings → License on the old Mac first.

You may not resell, share or publish your license key, and you may not reverse-engineer the app or try to get around its licensing.

Purchases

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Dodo Payments. Dodo Payments is the merchant of record for all our orders: it sells you the license, takes the payment, charges any sales tax or VAT, sends the receipt and handles customer service inquiries and returns for the payment itself.

Your license key is shown on the page right after checkout and sent to you by email. Licenses for version 1 were sold through Gumroad and keep working on the Mac they're used on.

No refunds

All sales are final. No Mouse Mode is a digital product delivered instantly, with a license key you can use straight away. We therefore do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges. That includes a change of mind, an unused license, a Mac or setup that doesn't meet the requirements below, and features that work differently from what you expected.

If a payment is reversed anyway, for example through a dispute or chargeback with your bank or card issuer, the license key stops working on every Mac it was activated on.

Please check the requirements and try the interactive demos before you buy. If something isn't working, email adgan.business@gmail.com. Most problems are a macOS permission (see the support page) and are quick to fix, and we'll help you get it working.

Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law where you live.

Requirements and permissions

No Mouse Mode needs macOS 14 Sonoma or later on an Apple silicon or Intel Mac, and the macOS Accessibility permission (and Input Monitoring, if macOS asks), which it uses only to move the pointer, click, scroll and find buttons to label. Reading on-screen text is optional and needs Screen Recording. The privacy policy explains exactly what the app does and doesn't handle.

Warranty

No Mouse Mode is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any damages arising from using the app. That said, if something breaks, tell us and we'll fix it.

Changes

If these terms change, we'll update this page and the date at the top. Using the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
